Sound Board Cover_3276
Our sound board needs a cover!

At IMRC we have an excellent sound booth with a big fancy board. Our sound sensei Duane asked me one day about the feasibility of producing a cover for the board in-house. I was eager to try out our new textiles lab so I jumped at the opportunity. For the cover I used a synthetic fabric with a tight weave to prevent dust infiltration. After splicing to width, I hemmed, adding velcro to top and sides while sewing in curtain weights for proper lay of draped edges. After these steps the only thing left was to adhere velcro tabs to the board and set this thing on!
